The Boston Bruins routed the Winnipeg Jets 4-1 at TD Garden on Saturday night, but the complexion of the game could have been much different without goaltender Tuukka Rask.
With the Bruins leading just 1-0 in the second period, Rask stepped up big to make a great pad save on a Blake Wheeler redirect in front of the net. The B’s netminder went on to stop 11 of 12 shots to improve to 11-2-0 on the season.
