NEW YORK — Vicente Luque is a welterweight, but he delivered a heavy punch that ended Belal Muhammad’s night just 1:19 into their UFC 205 bout at Madison Square Garden.

That’s one helluva left hand.

Luque lost his first UFC fight in July 2015, but he has won four in a row after that, including this impressive knockout. Luque definitely could be one for UFC fans to watch.

“I didn’t see the night ending that early, but it is New York, and I got a late opportunity to be here, so I knew I was going to put everything I had out there,” Luque said in quotes distributed by the UFC. “Belal Muhammad is one of the toughest guys in our division, so I was prepared to go all three rounds, but I got it done in one, and it just doesn’t get better than that.”
