The Week 12 college football slate is a bit underwhelming, but there’s at least one game with huge College Football Playoff ramifications.
The No. 9 Oklahoma Sooners still are very much in the CFP race, despite already having two losses. They’ve looked extremely impressive in Big 12 play, but their two toughest conference matchups are their final two games, beginning Saturday at No. 14 West Virginia.
The 8-1 Mountaineers also still have a chance to make the playoff, and a win Saturday would be a huge statement.
