Boston Bruins forward Frank Vatrano is back in the NHL and should make his season debut soon.

The 22-year-old winger scored 11 goals in 39 games last season, but he suffered torn ligaments in his foot before the 2016-17 campaign. Vatrano was recalled by Boston on Monday after a two-game stretch with the AHL’s Providence Bruins, during which he scored in each matchup.

The Bruins, who rank 27th in goals scored per game and are without top scorer David Pastrnak, really need Vatrano’s goal-scoring ability.
