Whether this week’s “Thursday Night Football” between the Los Angeles Rams and Seattle Seahawks is a “poopfest” or not, fantasy football owners still alive in the playoffs will have their eyes glued to the TV.

But before you make that terrible life choice — just don’t watch Thursday NFL games, ever — we have some fantasy recommendations that could help you win a championship and a boatload of money. You’re welcome.

LOS ANGELES RAMS
Quarterback: Jared Goff might turn into a Pro Bowl quarterback one day, but he’s nowhere near a viable fantasy quarterback at the moment. And that doesn’t even account for the fact he has to face Richard Sherman and the Seahawks’ defense on a short week.

Running Back: Todd Gurley’s 2016 campaign has been nowhere near as exciting and impactful as his rookie season, but he’s still capable of putting up big numbers. While the Rams looked putrid in their Week 14 loss to the Atlanta Falcons, Gurley did have 61 rushing yards and a touchdown on 16 carries, along with three receptions for 22 yards.

Wide Receiver: Kenny Britt has 937 yards with five touchdowns on 63 receptions so far this season, and he’s coming off an 82-yard performance against the Falcons. Going up against the Seahawks’ defense is a whole different story, but he’s still a good option for one of your lower wideout spots or at the flex.

Tight End: If Lance Kendricks is your fantasy tight end, then you probably still aren’t in the playoffs.

Defense: Los Angeles actually has the 10th-best defense in terms of total yards allowed, but it drops all the way to 19th in points allowed per game. Still, Thursday night games usually aren’t pretty, and the Seattle offense has been underwhelming, to say the least, so you could do much worse than starting the Rams if they are your defense.

SEATTLE SEAHAWKS
Quarterback: If you’re a Russell Wilson owner, hopefully you benched him a while ago. He’s only thrown 13 touchdown passes, and he’s coming off a five-interception disaster against the Green Bay Packers. He also hasn’t thrown multiple touchdowns in a game since Nov. 13.

Running Back: It’s been a revolving door at running back this season for the Seahawks, and Thomas Rawls is Seattle’s latest lead back. He was one of the Seahawks’ few bright spots against the Packers, and he rushed for over 100 yards with two touchdowns the game before against the Carolina Panthers.

Wide Receiver: Doug Baldwin has been Seattle’s leading wide receiver this season with 878 yards, and he almost always is a focal point of the Seahawks’ passing attack. His numbers have tapered off a bit with Wilson’s continued struggles, but he’s still a worthy fantasy wide receiver.

Tight End: Jimmy Graham’s second season in Seattle has been much better than his first. He’s already well past his yards and touchdown totals from last season. He had a bad game against the Packers, but so did most of his teammates. He’s still one of the best tight ends in the league and should be in your lineup if you have him.

Defense: Yeah, this is a no-brainer. Start the Seahawks against the Rams.
