Pablo Sandoval Looks Noticeably Slimmer In Workout Videos From Fort Myers

Pablo Sandoval has talked the talk, and now it appears he’s walking the walk.

The Boston Red Sox third baseman recently opened up about his disappointing 2016 campaign, admitting he got “complacent” while training for a season that saw him play just three games before being shut down for the rest of the season with a shoulder injury.

Yet Sandoval looks like a new man this offseason, and he offered another positive update Friday, posting a series of Instagram Live videos of him lifting weights and running on a treadmill at team facilities in Fort Myers, Fla.

Sandoval does look significantly slimmer here. That said, there still are a few months before spring training begins, and the 30-year-old will have to prove himself on the diamond come February.
