The Boston Bruins came into Monday night’s game on a three-game skid, but they were able to ride goalie Tuukka Rask and great team defense to a 2-1 overtime win against the Montreal Canadiens.

“I think, obviously our penalty killers were outstanding tonight,” head coach Claude Julien told NESN’s Andy Brickley and Jack Edwards on “Bruins Overtime Live”. “I think we killed at least five there that we had to be good at. Goaltenders on both ends were extremely good, ours was outstanding for us (Monday night).”
