If this select group of passengers didn’t have any luck in Las Vegas, they sure got some on their flight back to Boston.

Boston Red Sox president Sam Kennedy surprised a lucky group of JetBlue passengers on a flight from Las Vegas to Boston on Friday by giving away two free Red Sox tickets to every person on the plane.

Kennedy took over the plane’s public address system and let everyone know they’ll be going to the April 15 showdown between the Red Sox and Tampa Bay Rays.

The promotion was part of the #TheGiftOfSox Day, where the Red Sox honored the wishes of fans in the community and online.
