Vince Wilfork is the special kind of large man who makes other large men look small, and we have photographic proof.
The Houston Texans had a little fun at their practice Friday when a few players decided to swap jerseys. Among the participants were Wilfork and defensive end Jadeveon Clowney, who at 6-foot-6, 267 pounds is anything but petite.
But not even Clowney could fill out Wilfork’s massive No. 75 jersey.
Wilfork, who’s kindly listed at 6-foot-2, 325 pounds, looks like he’s stretching Clowney’s No. 90 to its absolute limit. Maybe that’s why the former New England Patriot prefers rocking overalls and nothing else.
A few other Texans players also swapped jerseys, according to ESPN’s Sarah Barshop, but we’re sure none held a candle to these two. As for the Texans, they’ll need to find a spark Sunday to defeat the Green Bay Packers on the road and snap a two-game losing streak.
