NESN hosted the Bay State Breakers U12 girls team in our studios for a rescheduled edition of PeeWee Saturday.  The girls participated in the show by asking their favorite Bruins players questions and having fun with NESN’s Dale Arnold and Billy Jaffe. NESN also treated the girls and their families to a pizza party in the NESN employee lounge.

Breakers parent Jason O’Dowd of Plymouth, Mass., entered the team in NESN’s Pee-Wee Saturday Sweepstakes and won the team this opportunity to be part of a Bruins pre-game show. Originally scheduled to appear on NESN in January, a snowstorm resulted in the Breakers coming to NESN in March, just after their season ended.  The Breakers had a very successful season as one of the top Tier II U12 teams making it all the way to the finals of the Massachusetts State Hockey Championships.
