Mark Stone’s Breakaway Goal Gives Senators Early Lead Over Bruins In Game 5

The Ottawa Senators lit the lamp first in Game 5 of their first-round matchup with the Boston Bruins at Canadian Tire Centre on Friday night.

Mark Stone got the puck on a breakaway and scored the first goal of his career in the Stanley Cup playoffs. Stone was able to sneak in behind the B’s defense and beat Bruins goalie Tuukka Rask on an elevated backhanded shot.
