Sergio Garcia’s Masters triumph Sunday won him the famed green jacket, but he’s also going to leave Augusta National Golf Club with a ton of cash.
Garcia won his first major championship Sunday after beating Justin Rose in a playoff. His victory will earn him nearly $2 million — not a bad payday for four days of work.
Rose also will receive more than $1Â million as the runner-up. The total purse for the tournament is $11 million.
