David Price’s Statement To Media Comes At Odd Time For Red Sox

David Price will be on the mound when the Boston Red Sox conclude their road series with the New York Yankees on Thursday night.

Price had a message for the media Wednesday. He issued a statement that afternoon saying he will no longer participate in interviews on days he doesn’t pitch or answer questions “on a personal level.”
