Boston Bruins rookie camp got underway Thursday, giving the team’s young players a chance to get used to the practice and training demands of pro hockey before regular training camp begins soon.
One young player Bruins fans have their eyes on entering the 2017-18 NHL season is defenseman Charlie McAvoy, who excelled in his B’s debut during last season’s Stanley Cup playoffs.
