Go Inside Patriots’ New ‘AirKraft’ Team Plane Before Maiden Voyage

At long last, the New England Patriots are set to board their “AirKraft.”

The Patriots made headlines in August when they became the first NFL franchise to purchase their own planes to fly to games. And while the Patriots’ backup Boeing 767 is staying on the ground, their other airplane is set to make its maiden voyage Wednesday, one day before the team’s “Thursday Night Football” matchup with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Raymond James Stadium.

Say what you will about the Patriots, but those five Lombardi Trophies on the tail are pretty awesome.
