Bruins Face Tough Task Against Islanders’ High-Powered Offense

The Boston Bruins take on the New York Islanders on Tuesday night in New York for their first clash of 2018.

Boston’s defense will need to be solid Tuesday, as the Islanders boast one of the strongest offensive lines in the NHL, led by Anders Lee, John Tavares and Matthew Barzal.

New York’s offense tallied 57 points in 15 December games, and they will be a tough test for the red-hot Bruins.

The B’s won the last matchup 3-1 in early December.
