Will he or will he not retire?

That’s the question everyone wants to know about Rob Gronkowski, who has done nothing to quiet the speculation he may walk away from football this offseason.

Gronkowski’s agents were asked about the New England Patriots tight end’s potential retirement Wednesday and gave a similarly non-committal answer.

“We’re not going to talk about that. That’s personal,” Drew and Jason Rosenhaus told the Boston Herald’s Jeff Howe at the NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis.

For the record, no one in Gronkowski’s camp or the Patriots organization has confirmed the tight end will play in 2018. Gronk first admitted he’d reevaluate his football future following New England’s Super Bowl LII loss to the Philadelphia Eagles, and reports since have suggested he could pursue careers in acting or WWE.

The 28-year-old’s last few tweets have added more fuel to the retirement fire, but there’s also no hard evidence that Gronkowski, who’s under contract until 2019, is done playing.

The Patriots will be hoping for an answer soon, as they’ll have some important roster decisions to make at tight end once NFL free agency begins March 14.
