Bruce Cassidy Impressed With Bruins’ Grit In Comeback Win Over Hurricanes

A five-goal third period gave the Boston Bruins a big 6-4 comeback win over the Carolina Hurricanes on Tuesday night.

After a tough second period, the Bruins turned up the offensive heat in the third, erasing a three-goal deficit and shutting down the playoff-hungry Hurricanes.  Bruins head coach Bruce Cassidy was impressed with how the team stepped up to make the win possible, especially David Pastrnak, who had a third-period hat trick.
