Kurt Busch is giving up one of his most prized possessions during his 18-year NASCAR career.
Busch has decided to put his $4 million mansion in Lake Norman on the market.
Located in Mooresville, N.C., Busch’s waterfront mansion houses four bedrooms with five full bathrooms, including a personalized media and hot tub. The property covers 9,519 square feet with a private pier and boating dock. Busch’s mansion measures three times larger than the average house in the United States, according to American Enterprise Institute.
The mansion appeared on the TV series “Lake Life,” featured as having one of the best views of Lake Norman in North Carolina.
“Every room in the house has a beautiful view of the lake,” Busch told “Lake Life” in 2015. “All the guests love coming here.”
