Did Rob Gronkowski Take Shot At Patriots With Danny Amendola Tribute?

Another day, another cryptic and ominous signal from a New England Patriots star.

During the closing moments of the final “Tom vs Time” episode, Tom Brady’s wife, Gisele Bundchen, said something that suggests the quarterback isn’t all that happy with the Patriots. And then Rob Gronkowski took to Instagram on Wednesday to honor Danny Amendola, who reportedly will sign with the Miami Dolphins in free agency.

Gronk shared the following message alongside a video of him hugging Amendola:

“It was a honor playing with ya the past 5 years @dannyamendola. Thanks for all the hugs and memories! Stay lit, Be FREE, Be HAPPY. Your hard work, the way you play at your size, the pain you fought through, the hits you take and get right back up talking shit back. I appreciated it all. Congrats. Enjoy Miami kid.”

Hmm…

Call us crazy, but “Be FREE, Be HAPPY” sure seems like a shot at the quality of life within the Patriots organization.

Worse yet for Patriots fans is that Brady himself endorsed the post, commenting, “Well said gronk!!!!” (plus clapping emojis).

Gronkowski’s cryptic message is just the latest in what’s been a steady stream of confounding messages from the superstar tight end, who still hasn’t confirmed he’ll return next season. Also, it perhaps further validates multiple reports that all is not well at Gillette Stadium.
