Injuries have struck the Boston Bruins’ roster once again this season.
Charlie McAvoy is out after leaving Saturday’s game vs. the Montreal Canadiens with a lower body injury. While goalie Tuukka Rask is day-to-day with an unidentified nagging injury and is unlikely for Tuesday night’s game against the Detroit Red Wings.
Bruins head coach Bruce Cassidy believes they will deal with the adversity well moving forward, however, as the lineup has more depth than it had at the beginning of the season when the injury plague last hit the team.
