Jarvis Landry might need to temper his expectations with the Cleveland Browns coming off their 0-16 season in 2017.
The ex-Miami Dolphins wideout already is pushing for a reunion with his LSU teammate and New York Giants superstar Odell Beckham Jr.
Beckham Jr. is set to become a free agent after the 2018 season and is looking for a contract extension that would make him the highest paid wide receiver in the NFL. If the Giants don’t want to pay Beckham Jr., Landry already has begun his pitch to bring the star receiver to Cleveland.
This comes after Beckham reportedly has indicated that he will not set foot on the field without a new deal, per NFL Media’s Ian Rapaport. In response to these alleged claims, the Giants could explore a trade for Beckham Jr., who reportedly is drawing interest from the Los Angeles Rams.
