The Bruins went 3-0-0 this past week, including a decisive 8-4 rout of the two-time defending Stanley Cup champion Pittsburgh Penguins on Thursday night at TD Garden. Rookie defenseman Charlie McAvoy tallied the Bruins’ other overtime goal last week, sending the B’s home with a 4-3 victory Tuesday over the Carolina Hurricanes.
