Ryan Donato Responds For Bruins After Jets’ Controversial Goal

The Boston Bruins found themselves trailing early Tuesday after the Winnipeg Jets scored a controversial goal in the first period.

It wasn’t until the final minute in the first that rookie Ryan Donato responded. David Krejci got the puck to Donato, who picked it up on his forehand and finished with a beautiful backhanded shot. It’s Donato’s fifth game as a Bruin since being signed just over a week ago. Thursday’s tally was his third goal as a Bruin.
