If Sunday afternoon’s outing is any indication, David Price is ready for the 2018 season to begin.

Price made his final spring training start against the Minnesota Twins on Sunday, and the Boston Red Sox left-hander looked to be in mid-season form. The five-time All-Star only allowed one hit over three innings of work while also making several Twins hitters look foolish.

It was a strong spring for Price, who tallied a 3-0 record with a 2.25 ERA and 13 strikeouts over 12 total innings.

The Red Sox’s bats also came up big in the 6-1 win over the Twins, connecting on three home runs including a pair from Mookie Betts.

Boston opens the regular season Thursday in Tampa Bay against the Rays.
