Philadelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid was medically cleared to play in Game 3 of the NBA playoffs against the Miami Heat after fracturing his left orbital bone that required surgery.

The 24-year-old will sport a mask and eye goggles to protect the eye from anymore potential damage on the court.

After pictures surfaced of Embiid’s mask, fans took to Twitter and had a field day with it.

Embiid will not have a minute restriction in his return to game action after missing Philadelphia’s final 10 games of the season while he recovered from surgery. The series is tied 1-1.
