The puck drops Thursday night at TD Garden for Game 1 of the B’s first-round Stanley Cup playoffs series against the Toronto Maple Leafs.

With Boston expecting its lineup to be close to 100 percent with players returning from injuries, the lines will likely change.

One rookie who will be particularly affected is Ryan Donato, who has only 12 NHL games under his belt and looks to be the odd man out entering Game 1. Head coach Bruce Cassidy on Tuesday said the lineups aren’t definite and everyone should be ready to suit up.
