The Boston Celtics finally know who they will play in the first round of the 2018 NBA playoffs.

It came down to Wednesday night’s season finales to decide the seeding for the sixth, seventh and eighth-seededĀ teams, and after the dust settled, the C’s had drawn the Milwaukee Bucks.

The Bucks earned the No. 7 seed in the Eastern Conference after getting their doors blown off by the Philadelphia 76ers 130-95. That coupled with the Miami Heat’s win over the Toronto Raptors and the Washington Wizards’ loss to the Orlando Magic set the stage for a Bucks-Celtics clash.

Milwaukee is a talented team led by young star Giannis Antetokounmpo, but the Bucks have struggled with inconsistency all season.

The Celtics and Bucks split their season series 2-2, but Boston had Kyrie Irving for three of those four games. The C’s will be without their star point guard for the remainder of the season after he underwent season-ending knee surgery last week.

In the other Eastern Conference series, the top-seeded Raptors will face the Wizards, while the Cleveland Cavaliers will battle the Indiana Pacers and the 76ers will play the Heat.
