Watch Bryce Harper Flex Muscles After Crushing Broken-Bat Home Run

It’s no secret that Bryce Harper is a baseball freak, but every now and then the Washington Nationals superstar will do something that puts your jaw on the floor.

This was the case Monday night, as Harper took a Jacob deGrom pitch into orbit for his league-leading eighth home run of the season. While round-trippers are commonplace for the 25-year-old, this one in the first inning at Citi Field was special, as Harper managed to put one in the seats despite breaking his bat.

And being the showman that he is, Harper flexed his muscles a bit before returning to the dugout after his preposterous longball.

We have a feeling it won’t be long before Harper takes the baseball world by storm with another highlight-reel play.
