And you thought the Sister Jean madness would end after the NCAA Tournament.
The Loyola-Chicago team Chaplain, who became an international sensation during the Ramblers’ improbable run to the Final Four, threw out the first pitch prior to the Chicago Cubs’ home opener against the Pittsburgh Pirates on Monday. And to say Sister Jean (real name: Jean Dolores-Schmidt) was a hit at Wrigley Field would be a huge understatement.
