Rob Gronkowski Will Chuckle At His Horse’s Odds To Win 2018 Belmont Stakes

Gronkowski is a long shot to outrun the rest of the field at the 2018 Belmont Stakes.

The horse, which is named after and part-owned by New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski, will run this year’s race on June 9. Bovada offers 69-1 opening odds on Gronkowski (the horse) winning at Belmont Park.

Wait, what?

69-1 odds on June 9 (6/9)? That aligns perfectly with the sexual innuendos Gronkowski (the human) has been dropping throughout his NFL career.

Gronk’s horse missed the Kentucky Derby last month due to illness, but he’ll try to make his mark by winning the final leg of the Triple Crown. The 3-year-old colt will have to outrun Kentucky Derby and Preakness winner Justify, all while bearing the burden of teenage jokes regarding his odds.

H/t to OddsShark for pointing out Bovada’s odds.
