To say the Boston Red Sox and Kansas City Royals are going in opposite directions this season would be a pretty sizable understatement.
The Red Sox on Friday became the first team to reach 60 wins in 2018, while the Royals currently own the second-worst record in all of Major League Baseball.
The two clubs will square off again Saturday night at Kauffman Stadium as Boston aims to extend its win streak to five games.
