The Boston Red Sox will send ace Chris Sale to the mound Sunday in the series finale against the New York Mets.
Sale is still working his way back from should inflammation, an ailment that has put him on the disabled list twice over the last few months. It’s possible he pitches just three or four innings Sunday.
