The Boston Red Sox are used to heading into a Chris Sale start with loads of confidence. But going into Game 1 of the American League Division Series, there’s plenty of uncertainty surrounding the Sox ace.
Sale looked to dispel those concerns when he met with the media Thursday afternoon. Red Sox manager Alex Cora also spoke during the press conference, which aired live on NESN and NESN.com.
