Super Bowl LIII Commercials Live: Recapping The Best (And Worst) Ads

9:35 p.m.: Amazon slowly is taking over the world, and the mega company spoofed itself with a look into botched ideas for Alexa featuring Harrison Ford in a late addition to the frontrunners of the evening.

9:28 p.m.: Hey, Budweiser is now brewed with 100 percent renewable energy. Also, dalmatians!

9:27 p.m.: Burger King gave everyone a 45-second look at Andy Warhol eating a whopper, after struggling with a ketchup bottle. Odd to say the least.

9:14 p.m.: Dietz & Watson and Craig Robinson gave us all a cheeky laugh with this Dietz Nutz spot.

8:50 p.m.: Verizon used their minute-long spot to tell a touching story in a tribute to first responders. Hope you have your tissues handy.

8:45 p.m.: In a consistent theme throughout the night, Michelob Ultra is here to tell us that robots are taking over the world. But do not fret people, they can’t drink beer. So … we’re good. Right?

8:34 p.m.: Bubly Sparking Water brought in Michael BublĂ© for it’s 30-second spot early in the third quarter. We approve.

8:08 p.m.: The NFL debuted their two-minute #NFL100 spot during halftime, featuring past and present superstars chasing down a fumble at a league dinner. Rather than name everyone in it, we’ll let you take a look for yourself.

7:50 p.m.: Planters rang by saving Alex Rodriguez from a bowl of kale chips.

7:43 p.m.: CBS aired a trippy trailer for the reboot of “The Twilight Zone,” hosted by the creator of hit thriller movie “Get Out,” Jordan Peele.

7:25 p.m.: Google hitting everyone in the feels.

7:18 p.m.: The commercial you didn’t know you needed: a Bud Light-“Game of Thrones” crossover featuring The Mountain and, of course, dragons.

6:54 p.m.: All commercials would be better if they had a golden retriever. Thank you, WeatherTech.

6:53 p.m.:  Welcome to the party, Doritos. Chance The Rapper teamed up with Backstreet Boys promoting Flaming Hot Doritos in an early favorite on the evening.

6:42 p.m.: Christina Applegate makes her Super Bowl debut alongside the M&M’s chocolate bar.

We also got our first look at Season 3 of the Hulu hit “The Handmaid’s Tale”

6:30 p.m.: The Marvel Universe got us started just before kickoff with a teaser trailer for “Avengers Endgame.” Is it April yet?

6:00 p.m.: It’s almost time for Super Bowl LIII.

So, while the New England Patriots and Los Angeles Rams battle for the Lombardi Trophy, we’re glad you’re tuned into NESN.com for the really important aspect of Super Bowl Sunday: the commercials.

There will be laughs, some puzzled looks and probably some cute animals, so be sure to keep it here for the good, bad and inexplicable of the multi-million dollar Super Bowl commercials.
