Tom Guiry, who starred as Scotty Smalls in the 1993 film “The Sandlot” was at Laced Boston on Massachusetts Ave. in Boston for a meet-and-greet with fans Tuesday. NESN’s Emerson Lotzia hit the streets of the city with Guiry to test Bostonians’ knowledge of the legendary baseball flick.
