The Red Sox still are paying for a number of players that are no longer on Boston’s current roster.

Players like Pablo Sandoval (San Francisco Giants), Dustin Pedroia (indefinite leave), Eduardo Nunez (designated for assignment) and Tyler Thornburg (released) are still on the Red Sox’s payroll. While most of their deals end in 2019, Pedroia still is under contract until 2021.

Check out the numbers in the “Red Sox Gameday Live” video above, presented by DCU.
