Mookie Betts is getting hitched.
The Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder got engaged to his longtime girlfriend, Brianna Hammonds, over the weekend.
The Dodgers celebrated the occasion with a simple tweet:
Betts and Hammonds had been dating for 15 years. He seemed pretty excited to get engaged to his best friend.
“Winning another World Series was great, but putting a ring on my MVP is the real blessing!,” he said, via CBS Sports. “I am a blessed man.”
