Boston Red Sox outfielder Alex Verdugo struggled with his inner creativity when trying to make a nickname for teammate Kiké Hernández.
Verdugo, trying to make a significant comparison — incorporated Baseball Hall of Famer and legendary slugger Babe Ruth.
“Like I said, it’s Kiké the Babe Ruth,” Verdugo chuckled.
Verdugo, Hernández and the Red Sox will try to take a 2-1 lead in the American League Championship Series on Monday when they host the Houston Astros for Game 3.
