Netflix Drops Epic Trailer For 2004 Red Sox Docuseries
"The Comeback: 2004 Boston Red Sox" premieres Oct. 23
The Boston Red Sox celebrate the 20th anniversary of their legendary 2004 World Series championship.
The postseason included a historic comeback to beat the New York Yankees in the American League Championship Series before beating the St. Louis Cardinals to win Boston’s first World Series since 1918.
The Red Sox honored the 2004 team during the home opener at Fenway Park during the 2024 season. NESN.com also featured stories on turning points of the 2024 season and will feature two more oral histories to commemorate the aforementioned playoff moments.

Netflix, in addition to following the team for the 2024 season, put together a three-part docuseries focusing on the heroic run of the 2004 ballclub that releases in October to commemorate the championship.
