BOSTON — Nikita Zadorov doesn’t have much finesse to his game, but sometimes, he can find a balance between power and skill.

The Vegas Golden Knight found that out on Saturday.

Zadorov was involved in each of the first two goals during the Bruins’ matchup with the Golden Knights at TD Garden, providing a beautiful feed to Brad Marchand to open the scoring before extending the club’s lead by sending an absolute rocket of his own past Ilya Samsonov.

Zadorov’s goal capped off an eventful few minutes.

Boston’s Oliver Wahlstrom and Vegas’ Keegan Kolestar dropped the gloves just moments before, with the next period of offensive-zone time providing some mayhem in front of the net that sent multiple players — including Samsonov — to the ice. Zadorov took advantage by firing a slapshot from what felt like point-blank range.

Terrifying.

The Bruins took a 2-1 lead into the first intermission, which means there’s still plenty of time for the behemoth defenseman to finish off his Gordie Howe hat trick.
