WWE is on the road to Wrestlemania 41, and two wrestlers will get the chance to punch their ticket to Las Vegas.
Elimination Chamber: Toronto is this Saturday, and fans at Rogers Centre will be treated to a four-match card. Trish Stratus will return to in-ring action to team up with women’s champion Tiffany Stratton against Nia Jax and Candice LeRae. Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn continue their iconic rivalry with an unsanctioned match. And, of course, we have the Elimination Chamber matches.
Jason Ounpraseuth and Athan Hristodulu offered their predictions on “Boston Has Entered The Chat,” and Mike Cole and Keagan Stiefel did the same on “The Spread.” Here’s how they saw the women’s Elimination Chamber match playing out.
Jason: Alexa Bliss
“I’m not sure who she’s going to challenge, but judging from crowd reactions, people really like Alexa Bliss. Not just from return but she’s a really popular wrestler in that division. There’s not really much that sways me toward any of the other competitors.
Athan: Bayley
What is Bayley going to do if she’s not challenging for that championship, espcially when you consider just last year alone she was in a championship match for a title. And I feel like her right now, not lost in the shuffle but now with a clear direction. Roxanne Perez would be a fun wild card, just for the sake of a difference in the title picture.

Mike: Alexa Bliss
If I had to bet on this, I think I would take Alexa Bliss at 6-1 and rocket ship the return.
Keagan: Roxanne Perez
Roxanne Perez, I think, would be a great crash test dummy for Rhea Ripley to throw around.
And here’s how the boys think the men’s Elimination Chamber match will play out.
Keagan: CM Punk
CM Punk should win this match. … If you want me to buy Wrestlemania for 60 bucks, CM Punk, John Cena, Cody Rhodes. Cena’s a heel. CM Punk, trying to steal his main event away from him again. He gets his way with the favor with Paul Heyman with The Rock thing with Cody Rhodes. That’s what I would like to see.

Mike: CM Punk
If I had to bet on it, I’d probably bet Punk. Is that the Paul Heyman favor? He helps him or something. I don’t know, but Punk versus Rhodes feels like a much better thing to sink my teeth into. I’ve never had any interest in Cena versus Cody for the title. It makes no sense to me.
Jason: CM Punk
He’s been pretty consistent about having a motivation to win the match and having the motivation to win the match. This is where I think The Rock-Cody stuff goes. I think Punk wins this, gets to challenge Cody and circling back to Punk and Rock’s history — as Punk fans might remember — The Rock beat Punk in 2013, ending his long title reign. Kind of stole his spot at Wrestlemania to do the rematch against Cena. We can circle back to that where Rock doesn’t want Punk to face Cody. As we remember, Punk has that favor with Paul Heyman. So who does he call up? Roman Reigns. … You get Rock-Roman and still get Punk-Cody.
Athan: John Cena
For me, I think there is a chance we are looking at a potential heel turn and it’s through John Cena. I think John Cena, desperate to win his 17th championship, is going to into the chamber … This is the opportunity for a desperate John Cena — who kind of did a heel thing by shoehorning himself into this match without having to earn an opportunity — comes in, wins the match. Cody says no at Chamber to The Rock and maybe (Cena) takes Rock up on his offer. Why not? John Cena wants to cement himself. He said it himself, ‘Best for business.’ He sounds like the company man that Rock is asking Cody to be. There’s a lot of bits and pieces that seem to be pointing to John Cena heel turn. You don’t need John Cena to sell merchandise. That’s what Cody Rhodes is doing. … What better time than in Cena’s final to finally, finally pull the trigger on a heel-esque John Cena where he aligns himself with “The Authority.”
Who do you think wins the women’s and men’s Elimination Chamber matches? Sound off in the comments!
