Week 9 NFL Lines See Dolphins as Road Favorites, Expecting Bears to Keep Up Winning WaysThe Miami Dolphins and the Indianapolis Colts, both armed with rookie quarterbacks, meet this weekend at Lucas Oil Field.

A few weeks ago, you'd look at that game and not think much of it. However, both teams enter this weekend's matchup sitting at 4-3, which means this game may actually have some playoff implications.

Denver (-4) at Cincinnati

The Broncos look really good right now, and Peyton Manning is looking like an MVP candidate as they head into Cincinnati.

Arizona at Green Bay (-11)

The Packers have won three straight, and they'll look to inflict some pain on a depleted Cardinals team at Lambeau.

Miami (-1) at Indianapolis

Two of the bigger surprises this season, these two teams will be looking to stay in playoff contention in a game that actually means something.

Baltimore (-4) at Cleveland

The Ravens are coming off a much-needed bye week, which could be very bad news for the Browns.

Buffalo at Houston (-10.5)

The Texans are also coming off a bye, and so are the Bills, but Buffalo's weak rushing defense could mean a huge day for Arian Foster.

Carolina at Washington (-3.5)

A matchup of two dynamic quarterbacks in what could be a huge game for Robert Griffin III and the Redskins' dwindling playoff hopes.

Detroit (-5) at Jacksonville

The Lions aren't great, but they did win last week, and the Jaguars are still really bad.

Chicago (-4) at Tennessee

The Bears' defense is  playing outstanding football right now, which could be bad news for an inconsistent Titans team.

Minnesota at Seattle (-4.5)

The Seahawks coughed one up last week against the Lions on the road, and they return home to face another NFC North team in Minnesota, which is coming off of an embarrassing Thursday night loss.

Tampa Bay at Oakland (-1)

Meh. We know who this guy is picking.

Pittsburgh at New York Giants (-3.5)

The Giants escaped Dallas with a win last week, and they're home this week against the Steelers, who are having all kinds of travel problems in the wake of Hurricane Sandy.

Dallas at Atlanta (-4.5)

This is somewhat of a puzzling line, given the fact that the Falcons are undefeated, and Tony Romo cannot stop turning the football over.

Philadelphia at New Orleans (-3.5)

With these two teams playing in the dome, this game might look like a game of Madden being played on "Easy."
