Week 10 of the NFL season resumes Sunday with a slate of 12 games, highlighted by the marquee matchup between the New England Patriots and New York Giants in a rematch of Super Bowl XLII and XLVI.

There are plenty of injuries to monitor as the 1 p.m. ET games approach. Fantasy football owners — many of whom face important matchups before their league’s playoffs begin — will want to pay close attention to the status of star players dealing with injuries, including Chicago Bears wide receiver Alshon Jeffery.

Keep it right here for updates on all the actives and inactives from each of Sunday’s games, as well as the latest news on notable in-game injuries as they happen.

12:45 a.m.: Arizona Cardinals guard Mike Iupati was strapped to a spine board and taken off the field in an ambulance after suffering a neck injury.

NBC reported that Iupati was later released from the hospital and would be OK.

— Cardinals wide receiver Michael Floyd hurt his hamstring and left Sunday night’s win over the Seattle Seahawks. He did not return.

— Seattle Seahawks linebacker Bruce Irvin injured his knee Sunday night, left the game and did not return.

11:00 p.m.: Denver Broncos coach Gary Kubiak admitted Sunday he shouldn’t have started Peyton Manning versus the Kansas City Chiefs due to a nagging rib soreness that Manning has experienced. Kubiak said the ribs were bothering his QB on Saturday but that he wanted to play through the discomfort.

The extent or severity of Manning’s injury is unknown, but Kubiak said the quarterback job is Manning’s as long as he is healthy.

— Broncos receiver Emmanuel Sanders, who entered the game with shoulder and ankle injuries, briefly left the game with suspicions of a concussion but later returned to action.

10:00 p.m.: Edelman will have surgery Monday, and the team hopes he will be available by the divisional round of the playoffs, according to ESPN Boston, citing sources.

9:15 p.m.: Edelman has a broken foot, according to multiple reports, and could miss the remainder of the regular season.

6:15 p.m.: New England Patriots wide receiver Julian Edelman will not return to Sunday’s game versus the New York Giants after leaving in the first quarter with a left foot injury.

3:45 p.m.: The Eagles have announced running back Ryan Mathews won’t return to today’s game because of a concussion.

3:22 p.m.: Eagles backup quarterback Mark Sanchez has entered the game. Bradford is headed for the locker room.

3:05 p.m.: Here are the Patriots-Giants inactives.

2:55 p.m.: The Ravens cannot afford any more injuries to wide receivers.

Meanwhile, running back Alfred Morris is back in the game for the Redskins.

2:40 p.m.: Inactives for Raiders-Vikings.

2:15 p.m.: Here are some first-half updates.

This looks like it hurt, but Johnny Manziel has remained in the game.

1:25 p.m.: Ben Roethlisberger has been forced into action for the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Here’s a replay of Jones’ injury. His foot gets stepped on.

12:45 p.m.: The status of Denver Broncos wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders doesn’t sound good. Fantasy owners should find a safer option if possible.

12:40 p.m.: Bears wide receiver Alshon Jeffery is active. Great news for fantasy owners.

11:50 a.m.: Browns defensive backs Joe Haden and Donte Whitner are inactive, which could result in Steelers wide receivers Martavis Bryant and Antonio Bryant having huge performances.

Dolphins No. 1 cornerback Brent Grimes is inactive as well, and that is a good sign for the Philadelphia Eagles passing attack.

Fantasy owners should expect a solid game from tight end Greg Olsen given the lack of depth at wide receiver for Carolina.

11:43 a.m.: Good news for the Cowboys defense, which plays a resurgent Buccaneers running back in Doug Martin on Sunday.

No surprise inactives in Ravens-Jaguars.

11:40 a.m.: There aren’t any notable or surprise inactives from Redskins-Saints and Cowboys-Buccaneers.

11:35 a.m.: Green Bay Packers running back Eddie Lacy is inactive, per ESPN’s Rob Demovsky.

11:25 a.m.: Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger isn’t likely to play, but he hasn’t been ruled out, either.

Good news for Allen Hurns owners as well.

11:15 a.m.: Schefter is reporting, citing a source, that Chicago Bears running back Matt Forte won’t play Sunday. He didn’t even make the trip to St. Louis. Fantasy owners should start Bears backup running back Jeremy Langford.

10:43 a.m.: Looks like Calvin Johnson is good to go against the Green Bay Packers.

10:35 a.m.: Here’s an update on two Jaguars receivers, per NFL Media’s Ian Rapoport.

9:00 a.m. ET: Here are some early updates from ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
