It’s not too late to add and drop players from your fantasy football team before Week 8 resumes Sunday afternoon. Late injury news has thrown the status of some players into question, so it’s important to have the necessary roster depth in case those guys are inactive.

Here are some last-minute adds and drops to consider.

ADDS
Alex Smith, QB, Kansas City Chiefs
Twelve quarterbacks are on a bye this week and next week combined, and Smith is the perfect replacement because he has a pair of favorable matchups against the poor pass defenses of the Jacksonville Jaguars and Indianapolis Colts.

Smith isn’t likely to rack up a ton of yards, but he has three two-touchdown games and just two interceptions on the season.

Devontae Booker, RB, Denver Broncos
C.J. Anderson’s injury concerns make Booker a must-add. Booker also had a solid Week 7 performance with 83 rushing yards and a touchdown on 17 carries. The Broncos almost always commit to running the football, which means Booker likely will receive enough carries to be fantasy relevant on a consistent basis.

Ty Montgomery, WR, Green Bay Packers
Montgomery was targeted 13 times and caught 10 passes for 66 yards in Green Bay’s Week 7 win over the Chicago Bears. The Packers also used his speed in the running game, as he tallied 60 yards on nine carries. Montgomery is a must-add in PPR leagues as a good flex play, especially with six teams on a bye this week and next week.

DROPS
Joe Flacco, QB, Baltimore Ravens
Flacco has only one 300-yard game this season and hasn’t thrown two or more touchdown passes in a single game since Week 2. He has zero touchdown passes and two interceptions over the past two games, giving him five touchdowns and six interceptions overall. The Ravens are on a bye in Week 8, so it’s time to find a more prolific passer for your No. 2 quarterback spot.

Justin Forsett, RB, Detroit Lions
Forsett has averaged 3.1 yards per carry between the Ravens and Lions, and he’s averaging just over two receptions per game. The Lions aren’t using him that much, even in the passing game. Fantasy owners should find a running back who is likely to receive more touches each week.
