Games 1 and 2 of ALCS Scheduled for Prime Time

After sweeping the Twins, the Yankees will get to put their World Series quest on the line in primetime during the ALCS against the Angels.

The Yankees and Angels kick off their seven-game series on Friday, Oct. 15 at Yankee Stadium at 7:37 p.m., and Game 2 will also begin at 7:37 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 16. The rest of the ALCS start times have yet to be announced by Major League Baseball.

CC Sabathia (1-0, 1.35) will start Game 1 for the Yankees against the Angels' John Lackey (1-0, 0.00). A.J. Burnett (1-0, 1.50) will face John Saunders (0-0, 0.00) in Game 2.

Andy Pettitte (1-0, 1.42) and Scott Kazmir (0-0, 7.50) will square off when the series shifts to Anaheim for Game 3. The starters for Game 4 have not been declared yet.
