Adam McQuaid Filling in for Andrew Ference; Milan Lucic’s Status Unknown

With Andrew Ference out of the picture for six weeks with a groin injury, Adam McQuaid is set to fill his spot. The 23-year-old will be on the blue line in Thursday night's tilt with the Chicago Blackhawks.

Also of note from the morning skate was that Milan Lucic, who has been out since Nov. 25 with a high ankle sprain, is a game-time decision. Head coach Claude Julien said he can't make a decision on returning Lucic to the lineup until he gets clearance from doctors.
