In an unsurprising turn of events, Glen Davis has been fined by the NBA for a lewd comment directed at a Detroit fan who taunted him during Wednesday's loss to the Pistons.
The Celtics forward was slapped with a $25,000 fine for "directing inappropriate language" toward the fan, according to Boston.com.
Scott Zack heckled Davis throughout much of the first half of the game, calling him "chubs" and "fat boy," and Davis shot back an obscene sexual reference which could clearly be heard on TV and the radio. Zack then met with arena security and said he planned on filing a complaint.
