Shaquille O’Neal Displays Breakaway Speed, Sprints Past Tyson Gay

It’s official: Tyson Gay is not as fast as Shaquille O’Neal. 

Scratch that: he’s not twice as fast as Shaq.

Gay and the C’s center squared off in a footrace on the latest episode of Shaq Vs. Shaq, who ran a 30m sprint while Gay ran a 60m, was able to edge out one of the fastest men on the planet.

Shaq, who was coached by four-time Olympic medalist Maurice Greene, finished at 4.86 seconds to Gay’s 6.08.
