Patriots Include 2012 Seventh-Round Draft Pick in Trade for Randy Moss

Lost in the flurry of news surrounding the Randy Moss trade was that the Patriots gave up more than just Moss to secure a third-round pick from the Vikings.

The Patriots also included a 2012 seventh-round selection in the deal for Moss.

While a seventh-rounder isn’t exactly a king’s ransom, it has been somewhat overlooked in the Moss discussions.
